Ways Africa can participate in the electric age we are now

We are now in a technology age, but the problem is mainly in Africa, we are limited to having access into this great advantage due to ignorance and limited source. How then can we eradicate that?

We can do that by showing interest. The government should also make public enlightenment and help to provide the needed resources.
